Hi everyone.  I was walking around Maplewood Park today between 12:30-2:30pm.  Sighted the following:

Cardinal x 1 (male)
Chickadees - lots
Cooper's Hawk x 2 (1m, 1f)
Crows x 5
Hairy Woodpecker x 1 (male)
House Sparrows - lots
Red-breasted Nuthatches x 6
White-breasted Nuthatches x 3

Maplewood Park:  East side of Glen Erin Dr., just North of Aquitaine Ave.

Great that  you saw both Mr. n Mrs. Cooper's ... I was there Thurs. and neither were there .. or any woodpeckers.

Hi Sue.  From 12:30-1:30pm, no hawks.  I was just about to leave and head home then heard "kek-kek-kek".  :D

I'm noticing that Woodpecker sightings at Maplewood are very on & off lately.

Sunday, April 3rd, 2:30-3:30pm ... no hawks and very few birds.  Oddly quiet!
