Hi everyone.

Wow!  3:50pm, I just happened to glance out my livingroom window and sighted an adult Bald Eagle flying by, heading in a SW direction!  So thrilling seeing the large dark body and bright white head!  :D

Lake Aquitaine:  SE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Aquitaine Ave, behind the Meadowvale Community Centre.

Birding takes my mind off stuff and it adds good life to a tuff life. It also helps me forget about my spine pain and stress.  Laugh, eat, be merry.  Anybody with extra $ may send me some as It will permit me to travel.

Every year they migrate through the area. There is a nest in the RBG in Hamilton,or has been.
I do a raptor watch every year in the fall in Scarborough at Rosetta McClain Gardens and we saw 18 Bald Eagles in one day, with a total of 73 seen for the season. We also saw 11 Golden Eagles. http://raptorwatch.blogspot.com

Raven11:11 ... I usually sight Bald Eagles out here about 5-6 times per year.

BIGFRANK ... Wow, 18!  I'm thrilled getting to see 1 or 2.  :D  Golden Eagles are gorgeous as well - have only ever sighted one out here many years ago at Lake Wabukayne.
