I spotted my first Hermit Thrush of the year in High Park this afternoon. It was skulking in a bush on the eastern edge of Spring. I was able to observe it for several minutes from about 20 feet away. Also, I noticed a flock of about 10 Northern Flickers feeding on the ground with some Robins.
