Went to A Bay this morning. couldn't sleep, so I was there at 7:45 AM. There was about 5 minutes of excellent light for photography and the rest of the time was overcast and windy.
Still a decent quantity of myrtle warblers (probably 15-20).
Also saw 3-4 palm warblers on the ground/grass.
Saw two grey-blue gnatcatchers up close, which was neat.
3 flickers were hanging out as well. I've heard them all over the Bay area, but they were all standing in 1 tree on the southwest corner.
Lots and lots of sparrow varieties. I need to go through my pictures to see if there was anything unique/interesting.
Kingfisher was back and flying across the water.
LOTS of barn swallows (southwest corner). possibly some tree swallows.
common tern was flying and making some noise as well.
