I am new to birding and visited Thickson's Woods for the first time.  All I can say is WOW!  I never knew so many bird varieties existed.  Here are a couple images from that morning.

Hi! I particularly like yr photo of the redstart. Also, I believe the f. rose-breasted grosbeak to be a seriously underestimated bird, as far as beauty goes. She's a great gal! I've never been to Thickson's Woods, but I imagine it's pretty terrific this time of year...
Best,

Thanks for the comments!  I didn't know what bird the grosbeak was until I got home and checked my bird books.  Can't wait to go out birding again.
