I spent a few minutes observing the osprey next on the top of a communications tower on Yonge and Jefferson Sideroad in Oak Ridges.
I saw 2 osprey - 1 in the nest (its about 4-5 stories up) and an osprey standing about 100 ft up on the communication tower. With binoculars, you could get amazing unobstructed views.
I usually see the osprey on the side of the tower (not in the nest) at 8 PMish. If you're in the neighbourhood, its worth the look. Compared to the size of the tower, the osprey look like blackbirds from afar.
Keep in mind that the tower is behind a church, so I assume that its a private-ish drive or road.
