a few babie taken during the last 2 weeks.
baby killdeer
the next 2 are baby sparrows.i,m guessing savanah sparrow,and the second beeing a grasshopper.both taken in carden.

Great shots of the young Killdeer, I have seen many adults guarding their nests but never found any young ones yet, good find

I used to see these birds at the Leslie St Spit
are they the ones who pretend to be dead

Nice series , I saw a few young ones on the spit . When the parents say go they go , I got a wonderful shot of it's butt as zipped into the grasses .
