sure. i,m using canon 7-d/ 400 mm f/5.6 combo,mostly.

I have a 70-300L but am always 100mm too short
Guess going to 400 would mean another 100 too short...

That said - the 400 is an almost certainty just for birds and wildlife.

Nice set Denis. I like the Oriole and the Swallow in particular, but not really a bad one in the bunch! Hope to see you out there soon.
