Yep, Blue-headed Vireo, I like the white "eye-glasses" as a good identifier.

Yes it is a Blue-headed Vireo.  I remember the days when it was called a Solitary Vireo. I still have the National Geographic Birds of North America, Second Edition that names it a Solitary Vireo - eastern form. Lotta name changes in birds over the years.  One thing about this bird that I find amusing is the song. To me it sings like a Robin that pauses because it can't quite remember the notes.
