Around 7:30 pm on August 17, I saw 5 Common Nighthawks flying in the Bathurst/Finch area. Later, I was walking on the new path through the hydro corridor, again near Bathurst/Finch. I saw 3 Red-tailed Hawks. They were all perched separately on different hydro towers. Now that I can walk through this area, I expect to see more raptors and other birds that like open, grassy fields.
