Our one Pine Sisken at the feeders has increased to two and to my surprise there are 4 Redpolls out there this morning. Im sure the Goldfinch population has increased too, well over 100. Hard to count as they spook so easily, usually halfway through a count.

One Red Bellied Woodpecker continues to visit us daily along with the other usuals. Haven't seen any Rose Breasted Nuthatches yet this winter, kinda disappointing.

Fair enough, we'll trade. I'd love to see some Waxwings in our yard. It would be a first.
I see them down by the Credit river in the summer all the time but they've never ventured the half km up the street.

Oh so I shall have to plant me some junipers first lol
Love your dog, I have two border collies myself. Does yours try to herd the birds? One of my dogs has a thing against Crows and Turkey Vultures amoung other things. But the regular feeder birds know just how much space to give the dogs. I think the birds make a game of it especially the Chikadees.
Is By-tor his/her real name?

Our BC "Lucy"  loves to play, run, run and run

The Squirrels torment her to no end:D  but it keeps her busy.

Recently, Canada Geese really seem to get her going. (They are everywhere night and day around here even in January)
