I've never read anywhere that it states we have to post current photos.
I think this photo is awesome and think it has a place at any time of the year.
Super cuteness is acceptable year round.

Nice shot Steve. As well appropriate to post at any time. I think we all know it's not current. Neither is the Mona Lisa but she still hangs at the Louvre. :D
