For few days last week and early this week a Bohemian Waxwing was spotted, mixing with a group of Cedar Waxwing, in High Park by the allotment Gardens. I dropped by last Sunday afternoon to get a few photos as my record for Toronto County. The bird preferred to stay high among leaves of Buckthorn trees, the photos didn't turn up that good, but good enough for record shots. Also spotted a Ruddy Duck in Grenadier Pond, didn't look for any wood ducks as the lights were fading fast and the trails were quite icy.
