I will be in hamilton for a few hours and wonder if anyone can tell me a good place to go. I am 6 months pregnant so something not to strenuous would be ideal. thanks in advance.

Coots Paradise is still quite manageable for you unless its real hot and humid out. Try the Hamilton Naturalist Club website. They have a prepared listing and directions in their birding section. There are quite a number of other areas. GOOD LUCK on the birds. All the best in 3 months.

Good spotting! Never leave your bins at home.
