Breeding bank/rough-winged swallows

Saw some swallows with brown backs, couldn't see markings to tell if they were bank or rough-winged.
Which swallow species is more common in summer in Toronto?

I'd say that rough-winged are more common but juvenile Tree or Cliff are other possibilities for brown-backed swallows at this time of year.
