I padded the Humber Marshes this afternoon. The water level is quite low, making it difficult or impossible to get into some of the usual places. There is lots of exposed mud, but I didn't find many shorebirds. The only real concentration was in the big marsh on the east side.
There were lots of herons: 11 Great Egrets and 10 Great Blue Herons allowing for some possible double counting.
