Hey All,
For the last few days I've had the pleasure of viewing a Great Blue Heron at a Place called Richmond Green Secondary School in Richmondhill, not too far from where I work. I was there Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm, Monday same time and Today around noon and also at 5:00pm. There is a wetlands area with your typical water fowl but there seems to be ample fish there as well which leads me to believe why this Heron frequently hangs out there. I've seen another one fly by and squak a few times but it would never land.
There was also a type of sand piper there as well, fist time I saw it there.
Richmond Green is located on the north west corner of Elgin Mills and Leslie.
There are numerous fields for soccer and baseball and a prettty garden and waterfall.
