I haven't been out doing much serious birding lately. I have though made it out to do some walks and found these fall fungi, a few of which are undetermined species. Enjoy what's left of the fall!

if this is the aborted entoloma, this mushroom parasitizes on another poisonous mushroom, but in this white aborted form it is edible

I just started snapping fungi this summer so I find these interesting as well.

I just started snapping fungi this summer so I find these interesting as well.

Yes....this summer started out not so good, with the dry, hot weather but, it picked up in late August. Fungi are much harder to id to species level but, as least they don't fly away! There are over 700+ species in Ontario alone, some that could be unknown or not readily documented. A real challenge at times.
