While I agree with the Rose-breasted Grosbeak, I believe that the bright blue back and extended rusty-orange on the throat and upper chest would indicate an Eastern Bluebird on the first picture.

I'd put my nickle on the Bluebird too. The tail not being visible leaves a bit of a question but I'm leaning on the BB. The bill seems short but that could just be the angle.
