I'm new to the board and also to photography. Thought I would share a few pictures taken Sunday on the walking trails along the Grand River in Brantford.
If I'm doing this wrong - please do tell me!

Cool pics.  I love White-Breasted Nuthatches...they sound like monkeys to me hahaha.   I don't know what the last one is...probably a Wren of some kind...the experts around here oughta know.  I use www.whatbird.com and www.allaboutbirds.org to help me ID birds.

Nice pics.

If you want to actually insert the picture into your post click on the share tab on flickr.  Then grab the BBCode.  When you click share you'll see there is a button at the bottom of the window for the BBCode.  Click on that, and then just cut and paste the code that appears in that window into your post here on the forum.

Keep the pics coming.  I love the first one of the nuthatch.  The last one is a brown creeper

Thank you for that info!! I read the "how to" about not uploading attachments and instead posting links to a photo sharing site.... and then I noticed that people were able to post actual pics via websites and I couldn't figure out how to do it.

It wasn't clear to me either ... a very helpful member guided me through it.  Glad to pass it on.
