Another full crop of Trumpeter Swans counted 28 and 4 Mute swans The Northern Pintail is still active and on shore alot more than when I first sighted him. A good number of Buffleheads, Longtails present, a Common Golden Eye spotted in close too, and a Gadwell mixing in with the 75 Mallards, Noted a female "Bib" Mallard hanging with the Male one.

Weather is not supposed to be great and currently the inner bay is almost completly frozen over and I have not Seen the Pintail on Sunday or today. He may of moved over the the marina's where there is more open water. I will keep checking and advise

Thx Cosmo, I did make it down this morning and the Pintail didn't. ;)  However, there was still lots of activity there and I enjoyed talking to Art once again.  I will try again next week. Cheers

Beautiful pics, I was down on Saturday and got into a little bit of an altercation with a group of Asian people. They were teasing the swans with bread and then grabbing them by the necks to take pictures. I was not very nice to them after seeing that. Why do people have to be like that.
