Went looking for Wild Turkeys and other birds at Halls Road and then these guys surprised me...about 4 of them. I'm sure they're a common sighting. I looked down for 1 second to adjust something on my camera and when I looked up they were all gone. For creatures of their size, I was taken aback slightly at how easily they were able to disappear into thin air.
