Hi everone.  This evening at 5:55pm, an adult Great Blue Heron flew past my livingroom window, heading in a SW direction.   8)

Sunday, March 17th, 3:42pm ... GBH flying past livingroom window, heading SW.  I love seeing the wide wings and long legs!  :D

Hi BB, not sure it's the same GBH, but yesterday morning at 8:00am at Britannia and Tenth Line spotted one heading SW, then yesterday afternoon around 5:50pm, spotted one at Britannia and the Credit River heading NE.

Hi winz.  Once the Spring settles in (certainly not today!   ), usually see 1 or 2 GBH flying by heading NE in the morning then 1 or 2 (same ones?) in the evening heading SW.  A couple of years back, sighted 4 GBH's flying by in the morning heading NE - so thrilling, felt like I was watching a flock of pterodactyls going by!  :D
