Hello

I have a question.. If you don't mind..

Are they increasing in numbers in the Southern Ontario ?

I spotted 4 yesterday in Port  Colborne. Same spot as last year, same weekend.

Near dusk, Roosting in tall trees at the edge of a swampy lake near lake Erie..

p.s... Spotted large numbers of Canada Geese, a dozen Caspian terns, a few Grebes in the bay @ Port Colborne.. 4 Mute Swans I think are now year round      residents.. The D.C.C colony on the breakwall is very active and seems to be growing..

Yes, I think they are increasing.  The latest Breeding Bird Atlas results appear to support the idea too:
