Red-winged blackbirds

I took at trip to Cootes Paradise at the Royal Botanical Gardens.  My hope was to get some pictures of the nesting bald eagles.  Great views of the eagles, but unfortunately I was hand-holding my camera and there were so many people on the boardwalk that it was nearly impossible to get a steady shot.  I'm heading back during the week with a tripod when there will be fewer people around.  

So, I settled for some reasonably nice pictures of the abundant red-winged blackbirds.
