Terrific shots!  Love the Grackle, such beautiful colours.  If I may, your Cormorant is actually double 'crested'.  You're right about that Mockingbird down at Bluffer's, it's a real treat to listen to.

Actually no I was walking by the nest and noted the mother was chasing off some other Geese that came too close and thats when I noticed the nest and took the photos and moved on
