Arrival date lists are helpful, but I always find myself disagreeing with them.  It's now possible to create abundance charts for any area using ebird.  Here's one for Sam Smith Park CSSP chart
You can generate a chart for any location or date range, but you need to pick one with sufficient data to make it useful.

thanks for following up on the arrival discussion we had today, and for the link to Mike Burrell's Guide to spring arrival dates in Ontario.

i was able to find the Toronto and Area Arrivals that i believe we were all refering to today....

that's the one!! Its pretty accurate for our end of Toronto,within a few days usually.

i spotted 2 wood ducks at the Wet Woods over a week ago. that list is WRONG!  :)
