Yesterday while picking up my race kit for the Mississauga  half marathon, I spied this male oriole at fountain on someone's front lawn

soon after, a female appeared

they then cozied up

Here's one of the two male rose-breasted grosbeak that showed up in my backyard this morning

thanks for looking.

Sometimes you need a little help to get the best shot.

Thanks Andygod.  Enjoyed the run this morning, listening to all the cardinals and blackbirds along the way, sighting a mute swan in the JC Saddington Park area.  Not my best time but didn't train enough for it.
