Night Heron - no migration?

On Saturday I saw 4 black-crowned night herons on the West Humber Bay Park, just east of the bridge connecting east and west. Two were adults and two juveniles. The next day I saw two. How long do they stick around before moving on?

At that location they have been staying all winter, at least the last two winters I believe.
