Just after arriving home today (3:15 pm)while standing on our driveway a Great Blue Heron flew over the street heading South.
This is the first one I've seen in Milton during 2014
(branch of 16 mile and a smaller creek just down the road still flowing).
A minute later a Robin flew over.
