Pied-Billed Grebe at Humber Bay Park, west

I saw one of these on Jan 14, 2014. They are apparently rare here in the winter. It was in the Humber River, close to where it opens out to the lake, near the shore of the western part of Humber Bay Park. I've seen other reports of a pied-billed grebe in the eastern part of the park, so I'm assuming it's the same guy. He must be hanging around for the winter.

He's in his winter plumage. He dove as soon as he saw me. I never saw him again after that.
