Flycatcher? If so which one?

This little one was sharing the tree with 6 or 8 Goldfinches that were very vocal so I could not attribute any particular call/song to this bird. :(
Any suggestions please??

Great find and great photo! If you look, you can clearly see the little "hook" at the tip of the bill that shows its a vireo.
