Flycatcher? If so which one?

This little one was sharing the tree with 6 or 8 Goldfinches that were very vocal so I could not attribute any particular call/song to this bird.

Any suggestions please??

Great find and great photo! If you look, you can clearly see the little "hook" at the tip of the bill that shows its a vireo.
