Nashville. Structure, behaviour and head pattern are wrong for Connecticut.

I think the dark-looking throat/breast is just a shadow and that the throat is actually yellow.

That's correct...when I increased the brightness on the picture, you can see it has a yellow neck and breast.

I apologize if I offended you for taking the picture...I was only trying to help see the identifying features more clearly.  I promise you I will never use the picture for anything else.  If you want, I can take down the picture and delete it forever.  Please don't leave because of this.  We need all the birders we can get.  I'm sorry :(

At risk of getting off-topic, Flickr makes it very easy to download other people's photos.  Check your privacy settings before getting upset with someone who is just trying to help with an ID!  Basically, if an image is viewable, it can be copied.  And, as some celebs recently discovered, even an image "securely" stored online is not necessarily safe.
