Is this a Clay-coloured? The rufous colour of the crown is throwing me off a bit, but the moustachial stripe doesn't look right for Chipping.  -kris

I think it is a winter plumage Chipping Sparrow, which is fairly similar to Clay-coloured, but the rufous on the crown, grey breast/belly (as opposed to whitish or buffy) and strong dark line through the eye point to Chipping Sparrow.
