Which mouse?

I have always had these tiny mice around my backyard. I see them on the ground and in the trees. I can't seem to figure out exactly what they are called.

Thanks for the reply. I always assumed from what I read that Deer Mice were around 10cm long excluding tail. These are nowhere near that size, much smaller.

From the appearance and size, I'd say house mouse. The underside and feet of deer mice are generally whiter.

House mouse based on the unfurred tail.
