If this was taken in Ontario it should be Common Grackle.....as far as I know a Boat-tailed Grackle has not been seen here, southern Gulf coasts. There are some interesting subspecies of Grackles around. Not sure what sub sp this would be.

It's our regular Common Grackle, bronzed form (blue head, bronze body), but usually you don't see the colours come out this well.
