Wondering if you can help me id this one. Was looking at some old photos from last summer and i can't id thi slittle guy. I thought it was a female oriole but its colours are a little too bright and it's head is too dark.

While it does look like a Baltimore Oriole, I think that you will find that the solid black head makes it a young male and not a female.

Looks like a young male Baltimore Oriole to me too.

thanks. While I love sibleys birds of eastern north america, it doesn't always show 1st year for both sexes.
