This morning I was locking up my bike after my morning commute to work when this little guy hopped on my bicycle wheel and didn't wanna leave... He stuck around clinging to my spokes for quite a while and allowed me to snap a few photos...

I was trying to figure out what it was. The closest thing I could find was a yellow breasted chat.. But it didn't have that white detail around the eye..(maybe it was too young). This one had the yellow chest but more of a plain greyish green head... If anyone could identify for me that would be awesome!

Here is the link to the photos..

Sorry, Brian's right, the leg colour and feet colour are wrong for my suggestion. (I've deleted my info to avoid confusion.)

Nice way to start the morning!

It looks like a Nashville Warbler to me.  Note the very prominent eye ring, distinctly grey head, and the very pointy bill.

That's totally the little critter! Thanks guys! I did feel honoured that it blessed me with its presence like that! Makes me more aware of wildlife around.. Even in an urban centre!

I wonder if this bird was stunned from hitting a window?
