I received another email a today from "Journey North"  it's getting a little tiresome.

"Robins are on the move,  if you see any let us know"

Ha! they never left!

Just down our street while walking home today I spotted 10- 15 Robin's on the ground and in a tree, funny I never realized it was a berry filled tree until today..  It's loaded with fruit.

Pretty hardy group have been here all winter.

Weird weather in Milton at the moment, nasty East wind with freezing ice pellets @ 9:25 pm Tues, Ground hog day.

Weird how prevalent that belief is...that robins are the first bird back for spring....somebody on this board pointed out that the bird counts from the 50's were the first to notice that robins were still here in the winter.

I don't SEE many of them....but if I walk into our cedar bush I'll hear them...lots of them...loud...annoyed....as they move away from me.
