Two Harlequins are still present at Humber Bay Park East. The two photos below show a large Herring gull playing bully. The gull circled high over a group of ducks including long-tails, scaup and the two harlequins and waited until one was successful to drop in and steal the food. He would dive bomb the unlucky duck, who would in turn dive under water and eventually release the prey. He was successful in stealing this Harlequin's nice catch; showcasing the opportunistic nature of all gulls.
