Bird sat in tree for a long time quietly with other birds chattering and a robin dive bombing.  finally swooped in for baby squirrel.  I thought there was only one bird but when I looked at the pictures I see two.  Second bird seems to have been waiting on top of the telephone pole. Maybe mom caught squirrel for baby?https://www.flickr.com/photos/145857056@N07/albums/72157669156344863

An intriguing observation of Peregrine behaviour! Certainly sounds like a good theory to me. I did try to copy and paste your flickr link but the page says that none of your photos have been made public yet. I've also posted a reply to your question about sharing Flickr photos in the Toronto forum.  -Kris
