purple finch? Palm, Cape May, Yellow-rumped Warbler?

I'm pretty sure this is a purple finch.  I've never seen one before, so seeking confirmation.

The next three photos are of one bird.  It has an eye-bar, which rules out yellow-rumped warbler I believe.  I would appreciate your help again.  Many thanks!!  (Maybe it's a vireo?!)

Last 3 are a Yellow-rumped warbler.

First one looks good for Purple Finch.  House Finch has browner streaks on flanks.
