Nice set,....a good friend of mine will be going back home to Palawan. I am so jealous! Some great birds there, many endemic. One day I have to get out there to my mom's hometown of Bagiou.

Wow, what a great set. So you forgot your relatives and friends and went about birding during your stay :D. I see the reason with so many variety around.

Thanks Gary!
So your mum is a Filipina? Do you speak Tagalog?
I visited Baguio City during my last visit two years ago. We are planning to visit Baguio and Palawan on our next trip.

Thanks Dinu!
Actually we only had two half-day trips specifically for birding! A lot of the time was spent on family related get-togethers.
We saw 14 species from my home alone and 30 species in total.

very nice set.  That's one area of the world that I would like to visit, for the food and the birding.
