From last October at Sunnyside Toronto. Sorry for the picture quality, heavily zoomed and cropped but all I got.

With the hook at the tip of the beak it does look like one, maybe a Warbling Vireo as some have been reported. Do you have any photos that don't show the stick across the face? For a while I thought it had an eye line. (It is a stick?)
