One of my co-workers spotted a Snowy owl today while out for his lunchtime walk along Beffort rd.
It was on a lamp post.

Another co-worker spotted two Snowy's last week at the airfield while flying the dh flying cub cessna.
Napper :)

corrected spelling as usual

I saw one Snowy yesterday (Sunday) morning perching on the lamp post closed to the northeast side of Allen/Transit intersection. Probably the same one in Downsview.

This morning around 8:00 am I was returning from a meeting at one our hangers when I spotted a Snowy approach from the South East and land on this building    https://goo.gl/maps/vGSy46jAKm52
In fact it landed directly over top of the letter "F".

I watched it for five minutes from behind our security fence,  agitated by something it then flew over the fence toward our three story office building where it went beyond my line of sight.

Then there were two Snowy's chasing each other around for a bit. One re-appeared making high pitched screaming/screeching sound and landed on the corner of our office building.

As it sat there it continued to let out a few Cries, I attempted to take a pic with my phone it didn't turn out very well

Exciting sightings. All I got were two crows and one Red tailed Hawk flirting with a bunch of pigeons.

Hey

Snowy's have been spotted at/near this location every day over the last two weeks.

I watched a Snowy this morning  eating breakfast while it was sitting along the top edge of one of our hangers. I was on my way across the tarmac to my meeting at 7 am.  I stopped directly under it and pointed it out to a few co-workers. It was there for at least two hours.

I've learned to visually scan the top of all the building's as I walk around the facility during during darkness and daylight.
