Hooded Merganser are still on the lower pond. The male is displaying for the female.
Also spotted a Black-crowned Night Heron. Common loon is also patrolling the lower
pond but it tends to stay in the middle of the pond but that is not a problem for
binoculars or a camera with 400mm lens or better.
