I took it at High park, I went to look for the GHO fledgelings, instead I found this ball in one of the trees close to the one I found last year. If you tell me it's a racoon, you won't hurt my feelings.

That mystery lump does not look like fur. It looks like downy feathers.

Hmm, it does like from one of the two owlets - did you take another photo from a different angle showing its face may be?
