Tough time identifying type of Flycatcher

Challenged between Willow and Alder Flycatcher.
My reference books show very similar withe exception that Alder may be a touch bigger.
Your great help is appreciated.
Both pics are same bird, moments apart.

Looks like an Olive-sided Flycatcher. Very nice bird. The dark "vest" is a good diagnostic feature. There seem to be a few moving through the city lately. Where did you find this one?
