Your doves are certainly not mourning
They are as flighty and capricious, as angel doves
With a penchant for chaos, mischief and other loves
An acrobatic troupe with an energetic disposition
Knowing a good thing and making it their mission
To raid the larder with frivolous performing.

Almost as good as your mastery of words.

Words are cheap
Birds are priceless and teach us much
Having said that, I would not likely take advice from a dove because they come across as close-minded.
I mean, just look at them!

I love mourning doves - they are beautiful. I used to see a few around my feeder; unfortunately not this year.

Maybe all came to my feeder. I wonder whether the two couples I had in the past years were very successful bringing up babies last year. I have around 12 to 15 in a good day, but they usually eat on the ground. yesterday was the first time I saw them flew up to the feeder (quite small for them), now more started to do that.
