Your last shot of the Downy looks like Ed Wynn.
Saw a couple of Goldfinch high in a tree this morning
and they showed quite a bit of colour. Blue Jays were
calling like crazy as were the robins. Have not heard
the RB woodpeckers calling in quite a few days now.
eBird already reported YB Sapsuckers. Also, heard
my first Killdeer of the season this morning.
